School days - Beeswax collage ATC

Here's my Lotto card for this month's Alpha Stamps Winner take all ATC lotto. Enter now for your chance to win the whole lot! Simply upload a picture of an ATC in the group Lotto album that you are willing to mail to the winner should you lose. A winner is chosen by random selection each month. Also, your ATC doesn't have to be made with Alpha Stamp products so anyone can play! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/alphastamps/

Images for this collage are from Alpha Stamps "Linen books" college sheet.

Altered Slide Mailer

AS design team was recently asked to alter some slide mailers. The theme wasn't specific but I decided to use images from our last design kit since we are contracted to do 4 projects with each kit, hence the same theme over and over. I do love Peter Rabbits expression in this one. I felt the same way about school. :P

My favorite thing to do with these little mailers is make them into birthday/greeting cards for special people.

Moody Watercolors

Finally a project just for me... Here are some of my latest:

A little bit of BlinG*

This is a doll I made for a Papertraders swap hosted my friend and fellow AS teammate Keron. The premise of the swap was to make a doll using bits of antique chandelier that were given to us. It was very hard to take pictures of this one... I had to put her face under a very bright light so you can see it in the photos. But it's really cool and sparkly in person. At certain angles she has more than one set of eyes which reminds me a bit of a Hindu goddess. The face is taken from Alpha Stamps ( Cleo #1) Cléo de Mérode collage sheet. I used small metal watch part boxes for her torso and other misc. watch parts and found objects. (her crown is made from a piece of an old pocketwatch which just fit perfectly!)

Chalkboard Collage on Canvas board

Here's another piece for Alpha Stamps.

Alpha Stamps stuff: "Animals in School" collage sheet, "Linen Books" collage sheet, Alphabet stamp from "The Alphabet" set, and "Color ABC Twill Tape". I also used "chalk board" paint so the board can be written on and cleaned off just like a real chalkboard! (I found mine at Home Depo.)
